During the checkout process you will be able to select your delivery method, which will be displayed along with the price of the service and the estimated delivery time for your order using it. Regardless of which option you select, the following will always be accurate:

 
  • All orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.

  • Our products come with a free 30 day money back guarantee, ensuring complete satisfaction.

  • If we do not have enough stock to completely fulfill your order, we will ship whatever we have and send the remaining items as soon as we get them from our manufacturers.

  • You will only be charged once for shipping, regardless of how many items you are buying. If you plan to order in bulk, please contact us.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday Service

The same service as Royal Mail Special Delivery but with the bonus of Saturday deliveries. This service is trackable online.

UPS Next Day Delivery

This is for those orders when you have multiple items and you need them in a hurry. Packages usually delivered next day. This service is trackable online.

 

Please note that all delivery times are merely estimates based on our experience or the information provided by the courier themselves. While we will assist in anyway we can, we cannot be held responsible for delays.

 

If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom then please contact us in advance so we can discuss the logistics of your order.

 

Please also be aware of the following before ordering:

 
  1. Unless you are using either Royal Mail 24 or Royal Mail 48, your package will require a signature for the delivery to be complete.

  2. In the event of significantly higher order volumes than normal, we reserve the right to use an alternative courier to those listed here. Any such decision will be solely at our discretion.

  3. With the exception of Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday Service, all other delivery options exclude Saturday deliveries. However, many couriers will still deliver the package at their own discretion.

  4. If you are not happy with the condition of the item then please do not sign for it at the door.

  5. If (for whatever reason) you choose to return your item, you are responsible for the costs of doing so. In the event of a refund, the initial cost of shipping the product to you will not be refunded.

  6. We cannot take any action on items lost during transit for at least 15 days after the date of shipping.

  7. All purchases made through our website are subject to VAT in the UK. Unless otherwise stated, VAT is always included in the total price displayed.

  8. If the shipping option that has been selected offers a tracking service, you will be provided the tracking code via email upon completion of the order.
